Peter Brooks is our catering Manager assisted by Craig and Angie our cooks. They provide a varied nutritional menu which is rotated according to seasons and client comments, specialist dietary requirements are catered for. There is a choice of meals available on a daily basis and residents are able to choose from that day's menu or make special requests. Meals are served in the dining rooms or in resident's rooms if preferred.
Breakfast times are variable according to resident's preferences, lunch is normally served between noon and 1pm and high tea at 5pm. Coffee is served mid morning, afternoon tea mid afternoon and warm drinks are served in the evening.
