There are daily exercise classes for every level of mobility at Nazareth House. A fitness center features low-impact equipment for the more independent and is open for use daily.
If a stationary bicycle isn't your speed, take a walk on the treadmill, or sit in a stationary exercise chair and try your hand and some light weight lifting. Or perhaps dancing is more your speed. Check the calendar and it’s a date.
