Our Wii Golf and Wii Bowling Leagues are a huge hit, offering both physical and social benefits with a dose of healthy competition. Residents at Nazareth House San Rafael are proud of their first place National Senior Wii Bowling Championship trophy. Whooray!
Check the daily schedule of activities, posted on an electronic message board. Ann Frost, Nazareth House activities director, organizes group trivia sessions, bingo games, topical round tables, news discussion forums, and more.
Performances by our own resident musicians and singers, as well as many community groups, are popular events. Residents find others with similar interests and seek out one of the many comfortable spaces to pursue their shared enthusiasm. Someone is always game to join in a card game, piece together a jigsaw puzzle, or discuss the daily news.
Group outings to movies, local performances and more are arranged by staff. Monthly birthday bashes and weekly continental breakfasts are hosted by our Auxiliary, as are many special holiday events.
Come and go as you please, here at Nazareth House, you’re always at home. Residents are encouraged to come and go whenever the mood moves them.
Have some place you need to go and no way to get there? Transportation to local appointments can be arranged through our Volunteer Auxiliary drivers program.
