Nazareth House Tamworth is a modern facility which was completed in 2005 and comprises three wings, each consisting of 30 single accommodation rooms with private ensuite, a central nursing station, and smaller louges and homely dining rooms at the entrance to each section.
There is a mini mall at the entrance to the facility offering a kiosk and lounge area, reception, hairdressing salon, and recreational activities base.
The landscaped grounds include a dementia specific secured garden area which aims to give a strong rural outlook - it features a farm gate leading to a "Blokes' Shed", as well as a bus stop shelter, gazebo, and raised garden beds.
